Almuñecar is a coastal city with a diversity of beaches along it´s coastline, urban beaches, isolated, nudist, semi-urban...they´re all scattered around the area of Almuñecar, La Herradura, and the are close to Salobreña.

The common characteristics of each of them is the dark sands and pebble in some cases, with warm temperatures. We must mention the urban beaches such as La Herradura, or isoloated beaches like Calaiza. We must also mention nudist beaches where naturlists can go and enjoy beaches such as Catarrijan and El Muerto.
